I was fascinated with infrared photography since I first read about in some digital photography book. Nowadays, each effect can be achieved in Photoshop, and some Google use will lead you for sure to good tutorial.I was just waiting for a good photo to try this effect. I tried on quite a few since, and did not like it much. With added some color in last step, this one turned quite interesting.
