Seems like Thursday is going to be a food day. I just finished a small cook book project, a present for my parents. When I have time (hopefully before retirement ;) ), I am planning to translate all the recipes back to English, and reuse it as a present for a friend here and there. Meantime, I ended up with bunch of food and drinks photographs, some pretty cool. Like this Spanish tortilla, frying on the medium heat on the gas oven.
