Multiplicity

November 2nd, 2010

This image is an interesting point on historic town, Warsaw and Poland. Take a look at this photo of one corner of Old Town in Polish capitol city. How many churches can you count? Can you believe it? I wonder if people back when were getting up in the morning and wondering, which church they will attend that day?
I admit, I removed in Photoshop couple of TV antennas, to make counting easier ;).
So, how many crosses and how many churches is there?

This view reminds me of the German city of Münster (in the Northwest) which its inhabitants describe as “either it’s raining or church bells are ringing – or both”.
Greetings from Switzerland, hope you had a safe return to Midwestern Iowa. :-)

Hello Regine! Yes, we got back safely and not a day too early, as far as I am concerned. Good to be back home.
