Midday arch

I was reading an article on HDR software a few days ago, and the example image reminded me of my Escalante National Monument Lightroom collection. I decided to tap into it for todays post. The midday shot of arch in Devil’s Garden needed some contrast reduction. I merged three exposures into HDR, but natural looking tone mapping didn’t take care of all overexposed parts. I needed to add a touch of local adjustment here and there.
