Parade of Stearmans

While I do not like flying, it seems I am doomed to be doing it anyway. Might as well take some advantage of it. Like getting to see a Stearman fly-in in less than 20 min (driving would take well oven an hour). And a free breakfast with it ;).

Stearmans are my favorite vintage airplanes. These early trainers have radial engine, which adds interests to close-up photographs. It also is painted in blue and yellow (usually), which makes it stand out of the blue sky. And there is just something appealing in biplane, they are so rare these days. SO when I have a chance to photograph one, it is a treat- but even better with four or more!
