This Panzl S-330 flys in the colors of Air Guard. I had a chance to see his aerobatic performance during last year’s Quad Cities Air Shows, one of the largest (and oldest) in the area. The only problem with Midwestern air shows is the weather. On just sky, in fact. That day, it was cloudy, although at least the rain did not fall until we were driving back home. In the situations like that, you look for the “decisive moment” not only in the plane configuration, but also its position to ever changing sky. Sometimes, like in this image, you will be able to find the dramatic background, the contrast between bright and dar portions of clouds, to add this something extra to the image.
