Urban solitude

I went for a shot walk yesterday in the morning. It was supposed to be a long photo walk, to photograph the fall in my neighborhood. I tried one evening last week, and it got dark too quickly. This time I got up a bit too late, and in the middle of the park across the street from my house, the sun was already high and creating too much contrast. I had to go back. But I came home with some good images. This is one of the last I took. I was pondering recently on how to isolate subjects, like particularly interesting tree, when you photograph them in the busy environment, in town or in forest. This tree just need not much work, as it was at least isolated on the sides. I made an HDR to retain detail in the sky.
